Do you ever feel overwhelmed by life’s demands, disconnected from others, or caught in cycles of self-doubt and anxiety? You’re not alone.  Learning to build strong relationships with yourself and others, as well as finding sources of support in the natural world can strengthen your sense of belonging.


Common Ground is a nature-based therapy group in Boulder, Colorado for young adults navigating a complicated world.  This supportive group offers practical tools for understanding your emotions, strengthening your understanding of interpersonal relationships and learning to cope with stress.  

Through outdoor experiences, creative expression, and guided reflection, we’ll gently explore themes of self-criticism, overwhelm, and belonging. You’ll develop meaningful coping skills, deepen your relationship with yourself and others, and connect with others.

• Crave connection and community

• Want to develop stronger coping skills

• Love the outdoors and want to use nature as a healing resource
