Individual Therapy

How is your past impacting you today?

You may excel in certain areas of life, yet struggle in others, leaving you feeling, confused, tired, sad or even ashamed.  At times, fears, negative self-perception, and self-esteem issues can keep us feeling stuck. In daily life, this can look like inconsistent motivation, emotional reactivity, self-criticism, addictive patterns or self-harm. All of which can be based on how past experiences have impacted our self-perception.

I provide a nonjudgmental, trusting environment where you can pause, reflect on your needs, and work towards healing the root of your challenges. My approach to psychotherapy is gentle and tailored, drawing upon EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy), strengths based therapy, self-compassion and DBT.

Whether you're working through loss, anxiety, depression or trauma, you don't have to do it alone.

I have availability in person in central Boulder and via telehealth throughout Colorado..
